蝎龙液对血瘀大鼠血液流变学及正常大鼠血小板功能影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :探讨蝎龙液对血瘀Wistar大鼠血液流变学及正常Wistar大鼠血小板功能的影响。方法 :取Wistar大鼠随机分成正常对照组、“血瘀”模型组、“血瘀”模型给药组 (分低、中、高剂量组 ) ,分别测定血液流变学变化 ;同时测定蝎龙液 (分低、中、高剂量 )对正常Wistar大鼠血小板功能的影响。结果 :不同剂量组的“蝎龙液”有明显改善“血瘀”模型组的血流变学指标 ,明显减轻正常大鼠体外血栓湿重、干重 ,使血栓长度缩短 ,明显抑制血小板粘附率和最大聚集率 ,显著提高 1min解聚率。结论 :蝎龙液具有活血化瘀的作用功能 ,同时可改善机体血小板的抗聚功能 。 Objective:To scrutinize experimental effects of Xielongye on blood rheology of rats with extravasated blood and platelet function of normal rats.Methods:(1)There are three groups as follows:normal control group,extravasated blood model control,extravasated blood treatment group(low,middle,high dose groups).The levels of their blood rheology were measured.(2)Normal Wistar rats were divided into four groups,namely,normal control group,low dose experimental group,middle dose experimental group,high dose experimental group.Their thrombosis formations,platelet adhesion rate,platelet maximum aggregation and depolymerization rate in 1 minute were detected respectively.Results:The different doses of Xielongye can significantly ameliorate the levels of blood rhelogy on extravasated blood rats,and alleviate thrombosis formation,shorten thrombosis length,remarkably inhibit platelet adhesion rate and platelet maximum aggregation,and markedly increase platelet depolymerization rate in 1 minute.Conclusion:Xielongye can significantly invigorate the circulation of blood,in the same time remarkably improve bodys ability of anti-thrombosis,this findings provide the rationale for clinical application of Xielongye.
