摘要
泰钢 4 0万 t轧钢改造工程 ,高效蓄热式加热炉采用新型的低水泥浇注料。该浇注料是针对蓄热式加热炉的特点而研制的。具有耐火度高、耐急冷急热性好、绝热性能好、施工性能好、耐磨性能好、烘炉后完整性好、墙壁表面光滑无缝等特点。该浇注料使用效果良好 ,具有强度大、抗热振。
The cement castable refractory has the advantages of high refractoriness, high resistance to thermal shock, slagging wear, etc.. The material has been used for lining of reheating furnace and good results have been obtained. The lining is without cracking after preheating.
