摘要
用分层模拟实验模拟了轧后穿水冷却 2 0MnSi钢筋的 3种特征组织 (铁素体 +珠光体 ,过渡层混合组织 ,回火马氏体或索氏体 ) ,获得力学性能与工艺参数的数学模型 ,模拟值与实测值相差≤± 5 %。
The three kinds of feature structure of 20MnSi steel ribbed bar by direct water quenching and self tempering after rolling \| ferrite+pearlite, mixed structure at transition layer and tempered martensite or sorbite have been simulated by different layer imitating test to get the mathematic model of relation between the process parameter and the mechanical properties, and the difference of simulation calculated data and measured data is ≤±5%.
