摘要
针对原生产流程中存在着氰化钠耗量高的问题 ,采取了浸前加石灰碱处理、优化浸出时间、实行细磨等技术措施 ,消除了铁离子的影响 ,降低了氰化钠用量 ,提高了金氰化浸出率 。
Countering the problems of higher consumption of sodium cyanide existed in the original process flow,this paper adopted a few measures such as alkali pretreating before leaching by adding lime,optimizing leaching time,carrying out fine grinding etc.From these,the influence of iron ions was eliminated,the consumption of sodium cyanide lowered,the cyanide leaching rate of gold improved and the economic benefit incresed markedly.
