摘要
介绍了测量铝硅合金变质处理效果用热分析仪的硬件、软件设计及实际应用。热分析仪的主要硬件包括热分析样杯、冷端补偿盒、信号隔离放大电路及数据采集卡 ;利用C语言编写了热分析的模块化软件。应用表明 :热分析仪抗干扰能力强 ,变质效果的判断可靠 ,能够用于指导现场生产。
This paper introduces the design of hardware and software of a thermal-analysis meter for measuring Al-Si alloy modification effect, and discusses its application. The main hardware includes a sample cup, a compensate case for cooling end, an isolated amplification circuit for thermocouple signal and a gathering data card. The software was compiled into blocks by using language C. It is shown from application results that it has very good capacity in anti-jamming and is reliable in judging the modification effect, so can be used for monitoring the modification treatment in production.
