摘要 目的 :研究美洛昔康是否有潜在的遗传危害。方法 :利用Ames试验、染色体畸变试验和微核试验对美洛昔康的突变性进行研究。结果 :在±S9mix条件下 ,各剂量组对TA97、TA98、TA10 0和TA10 2菌株无诱发回复突变菌落数增加作用 ;对中国仓鼠成纤维细胞 (CHL)染色体无畸变作用 ;以 2 40mg/kg·bw、12 0mg/kg·bw、48mg/kg·bw和 16mg/kg·bw的美洛昔康对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核细胞率无增加作用。结论 :在本实验条件下 ,美洛昔康对Ames试验、染色体畸变试验和微核试验无致突变效应。 Purpose and Methods: To study the potential mutagenicity of meloxicam, Ames test was carried out in TA97, TA98, TA100, TA102 strains, chromosomal aberration test in Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts and micronucleus test in polychromatic erythrocytes in mice with and without S9mix. Results: No increase in the number of revertant colonies was found in the Ames test at a dose range from 0.2 to 5 000 μg per plate. These results were also negative in the micronucleus test and in the chromosomal aberration test at doses from 16 to 240 mg/kg·bw. Conclusion: The mutagenicity of meloxicam was not observed in this study.
