Mossbauer Spectra of α-Fe_2O_3 Electrodes Doped With Group Ⅳ_A Elements

在本工作中对多晶体α—Fe_2O_2材料,用真空沉积的办法掺入Ⅳ_A族元素的光电阳极,这些光电阳极得到可观的光电效率。在本工作中还测得了掺入1~a/_0和2~a/0 sio_2 α—Fe_2O_3光电阳极的穆斯堡尔谱。

In the present work, the polycrystalline α-Fe_2O_3 material is doped with the photoanodes of group Ⅳ_A elements by using the method of vacunm deposition. From these photoanodes, a significant photoeffect is successfully obtained, The M(o|¨)ssbouer spectra of siO_2-doped with, ( 1~a/o and 2~a/o)α-Fe_2O_3 photoanodes is also obtained in the present work.
