夏枯草口服液抗炎镇痛作用研究

Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Xiakucao Oral Liquid

目的 观察夏枯草口服液的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 用巴豆油、角叉菜胶、蛋清和棉球分别造成小鼠和大鼠炎症模型 ,腹腔注射醋酸制作小鼠疼痛模型 ,籍以比较夏枯草膏和夏枯草口服液的抗炎镇痛作用。结果 夏枯草口服液能显著减轻小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀、明显减少醋酸性腹腔毛细血管通透性增加并能抑制大鼠角叉菜性、蛋清性足肿胀及肉芽增生 ,对醋酸引起的疼痛也有较好的止痛作用。

Objective To observe the anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiakucao oral liquid. Methods The mice and rat inflammatory model were established by croton oil (auricle smear method), carrageenin, egg white (injection under the aponeuroses ) and tampon (embedding under the oxter)respectively, peritoneal injection to make the pain mice model, anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiakucao syrup and Xiakucao oral liquid were compared. Results It was found that the mouse ear edema induced by croton oil, the increased vascular permeability caused by tampon were all significantly suppressed by Xiakucao oral liquid. At the same time, it could reduced the number of writhes in mice induced by acetic acid.Conclusion These results suggested that Xiakucao syrup and Xiakucao oral liquid have significant anti inflammatory and analgesic effects.
