摘要
目的 建立用 HPL C法测定参菊血压贴中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法 采用聚酰胺柱纯化去杂的方法制备供试品溶液。以 C1 8柱作为色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (45∶ 5 5∶ 1)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 77nm。结果 黄芩苷进样量在 0 .0 72 8~ 0 .36 4 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,样品平均加样回收率为 10 0 .18 ,RSD为 1.13%。结论 本法简便、准确、重复性好 。
Objective To establish the method of HPLC for determination the content of baicalin in Shenju Blood Pressure Patch.Methods The sample was prepared through polyamide column. HPLC was carried out on C 18 column with mobile phase of methanol water acetic acid (45∶55∶1)and the detection wavelength at 277nm. Results The linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.0728~0.3640 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery of baicalin was 100.18%,RSD was 1.13 %.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with a good reproducibility, it can be used for control the quality of Shenju Blood Pressure Patch.
