摘要
微囊化技术广泛地应用于水产养殖业,其技术特点是从物理和化学角度保护维生素C等不稳定维生素、无机盐、蛋白质、高不饱和脂肪酸、酶制剂,使之不受饲料加工、贮存过程中热、水分、氧、紫外线、金属离子的影响,防止营养素之间发生化学拮抗。微囊化的材料和工艺的多样性可适用于各种饲料添加剂和幼体饲料,微囊化的产品均具有良好的分散性、稳定性。微囊化使饲料添加剂及饲料在水中的溶失率减到最小,而在动物消化道中能按设计崩解,使消化吸收同步。微囊化产品能显著提高水产动物的饲养效果、降低生产成本、提高成活率。
Microcapsule Technology has being applied broadly to aquaculture. The technology aims to protect the nutrition ingredients such as unstable Vitamins, inorganic salt,high-unsaturated fatty acid,protein and enzymes from heat,moisture,oxygen,ultraviolet radiation and metal ions during the process and storage of feed. Microcapsule materials and a great diversity of technics make the microencapsulated products disperse and stable.The microencapsulated products are applicable to all kinds of feed additives and larva feed and the loss of dissolving is very little.Also the microencapsulated products are designed in accordance with the digestive rules of aquatic products.The coats begin to burst when they go to the given places of being′s bodies and are absorbed at the same time.It is clear that the microencapsulated products can improve the breeding effect,decrease the cost and increase the survival rate.
