饲料中不同能量蛋白比对大口鲶生长及体组成的影响 被引量:10

Effect of Different Energy-Protein Ratio in the Diet on the Growth and Ingredients of Catfish

摘要 用实际商品饲料原料配制9种不同能量蛋白比饲料,蛋白质设置3水平:37、45、53%;能量设置3水平:1295.8、1504.8和1713.8kJ/100g。经过30d饲养大口鲶鱼种,以生长比速、净增重、饲料系数和蛋白效率为评定指标,结果表明:大口鲶鱼种适宜的饲料能量蛋白比为39.0kJ/g蛋白。试验还表明,高氮高能饲料明显降低磷在鱼体内的蓄积。 Nine practical diets were formulated to determine the optimum energy to protein ratio for the southern catfish(Silurus meridionalis Chen) fingerlings. Three crude energy levels of 1295.8,1504.8 and 1713.8 kJ/100g at each protein level and three protein levels of 30 %, 37 % and 47 % were utilized.After 2 weeks′acclimation, the experimental diets were fed in 2 replicates to groups of 10 Southern catfish fingerlings weighing 3.64±0.015 g and kept in 280 liter flow-through aquariums at 25~30 ℃. The diet including high protein level of 47 % and high energy level of 1833.0kJ/100 g produced best growth rate, feed conversion and lowest phosphorus accumulation. PER(protein efficiency ratio) of the Southern catfish fingerlings fed lower protein diets decreased when the energy level of diets increased while those of the fish fed higher protein diets increased when the energy level of diets increased.
