摘要
用二道生理记录仪(LMS-2B)和机械电换能器(mechanic-electricitytransducer)记录加州鲈Micropterussalmonoids幼鱼对食物球咬食次数的方法,研究探讨9种氨基酸对加州鲈幼鱼趋向行为(taxis)的作用。实验结果表明:L-蛋氨酸(L-Met)、L-缬氨酸(L-Val)、DL-丙氨酸(DL-Ala)和甘氨酸(Glycine)对加州鲈幼鱼的诱引作用达到了极显著水平(p<0.01)。本实验为在配制加州鲈幼鱼饲料中添加氨基酸作为诱食剂提供了依据。
Abstarct:In this experinment,9 kinds of Amino acid were used ad additives to study their effect on taxis of Micropterus salmonides by use of LMS-2B and mechanic-eletricity transducer to record the eating activity of Micropterus salmonoides.The result showed L-Met,L-Val,Dl-Ala and Gly had significant attraction effect on the Micropterus salmonoides(P<0.01).The experiment proved that L-Met,L-Val ,DL-Ala and Gly can be used as feeding attractant in the feed for Micoropterus salmonoides.
