Three dimension data's reconstruction is the key of 3DGIS. This paper analyses the situation of three dimension data reconstructing within 3D GIS. A method based on surface model to reconstruct three dimension data is introduced. Meanwhile, the algorithm and experiment about this method are studied. The experiment's results show that the algorithm is right and efficient, and the precise of 3D data reconstruction is high. They are very useful for three dimension reconstruction and 3D GIS and Digital City.
