摘要
研究了激光熔敷NiCrBSi-WC涂层的冲蚀磨损行为,分析了冲蚀磨损形貌,评价了冲蚀磨损性能,探讨了冲蚀磨损机理以及熔敷层组织与冲蚀磨损性能的关系。结果表明,激光熔敷NiCrBSi-WC涂层的冲蚀磨损机理是NiCrBSi基体的犁削切削和WC粒子的脆裂剥落;随WC含量增加,冲蚀磨损性能提高,NiCrBSi-60WC涂层耐磨性是16Mn钢的3.54倍;WC粒子和NiCrBSi基体的互相保护可有效地提高熔敷层的冲蚀磨损性能。
In this paper erosion wear behavior of laser cladding NiCrBSi coatings with different proportional tungsten carbides has been investigated. Erosion wear morphology was analyzed and erosion resistance was evaluated. Erosion wear mechanism and relation between structure and erosion resistance of laser cladding were discussed. The results show mechanism of erosion wear of laser cladding is ploughing and cutting of NiCrBSi base and brittle cracking and chipping of tungsten carbide particles. Erosion resistance of laser cladding was improved with the increase of WC content. NiCrBSi -60WC coating shows best erosion resistance that is 3. 54 times of 16Mn steel. As a result of co- protection of tungsten carbide particles and NiCrBSi base, erosion resistance of laser cladding coatings was significantly enhanced.
