摘要
单片机应用系统的可靠性很大程度上依赖于所用元器件的可靠性。介绍了可靠性概念及影响单片机可靠性因素。着重阐述为保证单片机可靠性,对元器件的要求和可靠性设计。
The reliability of the components and devices play an important part in the application system of a monolithic computer. The concept of reliability and its influence are discussed. The failure mechanism and characteristic of the components and devices are analyzed in detail, and some feasible measures for reliability design are presented.
