摘要
本文所研究的专家系统可在IBM系列微机上进行叉车整机稳定性智能化分析。它包括叉车整机重心坐标计算和4项稳定性计算与校核。该系统是使用宏LISP语言编写的,以叉车稳定性计算校核为对象,运用知识工程中知识获取的方法,来体现叉车稳定性分析中所需的专家知识;它以产生式规则和框架结构来进行专家知识的表示和数据的存储;该系统根据知识应用的方法,来选取推理机制以适合于叉车稳定性分析过程,采用了正向推理方式;并因此建立几个基本函数,记录知识库中的规则使用情况和知识推理过程,以便给用户一个基本解释。该系统采用模块化的结构,建立了知识库、数据库、推理机、知识获取模块和解释模块等子模块,初步形成了一个专家系统所需的基本结构。
This paper is about how to apply the theory of the expert system in the field of mechanical design. The expert system is realized on the IBM micrcomputer. The expert system for stability of fork lifting trucks is researched. In the system the coordinate of weight center and four kinds of stability of fork lift trucks are calculated and checked. The system is based on the Macro LISP language. In the process of calculation and check, expert knowledge about the fork lift truck stability is acquied by the method of knowledge acquistiion on the field of the knowledge engineering. Expert knowledge is represented by production rule. The data required by the system is stored in the frame structure. The inference mechanism is selected to fit with the process of the fork lift truck stabilityanalysis according to the way of the espert knowledge application. In this system, forward inference is adopted. For the purpose of consultation, several fundamental functions are used to record both the rules used and the process of knowledge inference. This system consists of a knowledge base, a context (data base), an inference machine, a knowledge acquistion moodel, an explanation model, etc. It forms an fundamental structure for an espert system.
