论基础教育课程政策的公正问题

On the Justice in the Curriculum Policies of Basic Education in China

课程政策分析必须深入到价值层面。从政治哲学的角度看,公正性是基础教育课程政策的必备品格,课程决策应优先考虑公正原则。我国当前基础教育课程政策优先考虑效率问题,对政策的公正性缺乏足够重视,有必要遵循补偿原则加强对弱势群体的扶持。

The study of curriculum policies should pay close attention to the tenden cy of value in these policies.From the point of view of the politica l philosophy,justice is the indispensable feature for curriculum polic ies of basic education and the principle of justice should be considered first when we make curriculum policies.Today cur riculum policies of basic education in China give preference to efficiency,but l ess attention to justice.So it is necessary to give more support to the less powerfu l groups according to the principle o f compensation.
