螺旋桨空泡几何的预估

摘要 本文采用表面奇点法来预估二维厚翼空泡的几何形状,空泡几何采用具有“空泡终止墙”的开式模型,通过物面条件及空泡表面条件迭代求出空泡的几何形状。通过实例的比较计算,对现有的等推力预估空泡的近似方法进行了修正。以改进空泡面积的估算,用修正的等推力法来预估螺旋桨的空泡形状。通过对18届ITTC提供的模型桨的空泡预估表明,预估与实验观测结果基本吻合。 In this paper, the surface sigularity method is used for predicting the cavitation geometry on a hydrofoil with thickness. The cavitation geometry is assumed as an open model with cavity termination wall. An iterative scheme is employed to locate the cavity by satisfying the exact boundary condition. Through the comparision calculation, the existing equivalent thrust method predicting cavitation on the propeller is modified so as to improve the estimation of the cavity on the propeller. The results of calculating the model propeller given by 18th ITTC show good agreement with the experiment data published.
