摘要
本文对5000吨级江海直达集装箱船舱口角隅应力集中问题进行了模型试验与有限元计算分析。得出了集装箱船中部舱口角隅应力集中现象严重的结论。通过对几种舱口角隅连接型式及加强方式的有限元分析比较,提出了几种降低舱口角隅应力集中的新颖的结构型式。
This paper deals with the stress concentration of the hatch corners of a 5000t river-andsea going container ship. The model tests and FEM calculation analysis are carried out. This paper arrives at the conclusion that stress concentration at the hatch corners is serious. Through comparisons among the FEM analysis both of several connecting manners and reinforcing means of hatch corners, this paper presents some new structural types of hatch corners which will reduce stress concentration at hatch corners.
