摘要 本文分析了燃烧重油柴油机排气阀的失效机理。选取了镍基合金作为排气阀密封工作面的喷焊材料,以等离子喷焊工艺对排气阀进行了强化与修复,并进行了实船试验。探讨了8NVD与12V300型柴油机排气阀的不同喷焊工艺。提出了等离子喷焊强化气阀的耐磨机理。 This paper analyzes the mechanism of invalidity of the exhaust valves of diesel engines using dead oil. Ni-base is chosen as spraywelding material for exhaust valve's scaling surface and the valves are strengthened and repaired by means of plasma spraywelding technique. On the basis of practical tests on ships, the paper explores variors kinds of spraywelding technology for 8NVD and 12V300 diesel engine's exhaust valves and puts forward the mechanism of wearing resistance of the valves strengthened by plasma spraywelding.
