摘要
本文通过纲丝绳弯曲疲劳断丝部位的电镜扫描和纲丝绳疲劳寿命的对比试验,对表层纲丝的接触、磨损状态及其对弯曲疲劳寿命的影响进行了分析,指出在同等弯曲条件下,纲丝绳表层纲丝的内、外接触状态对弯曲疲劳断丝的发生、发展有着重要影响,由此提出了延长纲丝绳使用寿命的若干技术途径。
Through comparision tests and electron microscope scanning, this paper analyzes the contact and wear condition of the outer part of the wire and describes the effect of the contact on the rope's bending fatigue life. The paper points out that the inner and outer contact is one of the main factors causing the fracture of wire bending fatique and so proposes several technical ways of prolonging wire rope service life.
