摘要
本文介绍了利用表面振动信号进行柴油机内部故障诊断的基本方法。分析了目前它在实际应用中存在的主要问题,并提出了一种新的振动诊断法,从而避免了柴油机动态特性多变性和大量的建模工作。最后,介绍了这种新方法在柴油机主轴承故障诊断中的具体应用。
This paper introduces the basic method for diagnosing interior faults of diesel engine by the use of surface vibration signals. After looking deep into the problems existing in the use of the current diagnosing method, this paper proposes a new promising one which can avoid the variability of dynamic character of the diesel engine and lots of modelling work. Finally, the paper describes the main application of the new method to the bearing's fault diagnosis of the four-stroke diesel engines.
