分析了大规模定制面临的挑战和供应链发展带来的机遇,根据供应链的不同功能,结合大规模定制的特点,提出“运用三维并行工程”设计不同的供应链及其供应商与战略伙伴,以实现大规模定制的低成本和快速反应。
According to the different function of supply chain and characteristics of mass customization.the article suggests that different supply chain and suppliers.strategic partners are designed by using 3DCE ( three dimension customization engineering) , so as to fulfil low cost and quick response of mass customization.
