Study on Order Batching Strategy in Picking System ofa Distribution Center

针对配送中心采取批量拣货时首先必须解决的订单分批问题,介绍了订单分批的四种方式及分批策略。同时针对固定时窗分批的不足,提出了时窗大小的动态设计方法。

Based on that order batching problem has to be solved first when batch picking in distribution centre, the paper introduces four ways and strategies for order batching , and presents a method of dynamic design with time windows in accordance with the shortage of fixed time windows.
