塑料门窗焊机温度控制系统的设计

摘要 给出了一种基于单片机的塑料门窗焊机温度控制系统的设计,重点介绍了系统的硬件结构、控制算法和关键软件的设计。系统的采样周期为2s,温控范围为200~1200℃,稳态误差小于1℃,可直接驱动1~1.5kW的电加热板,各种控制及报警参数可由按键在线修改,硬件结构简单。 This article offers a design of the te mperature control system of plastic s door &window welding -machine based on single chip computer and it m ainly introduces the hardware confi guration ,control arithmetic and th e design of key software .The system's sampling period is two seconds and t he controlled range of temperature i s 200to1200℃,and the steady error is less than 1℃.I t can directly drive the electric calefaction board which the power is 1to 1.5kW,various control and ala rm parameters can be modified by presskey,and its hardware configuratio n is simple.
