摘要
磨料水射流(AWJ)加工技术,作为一门新兴的特种加工技术与其他加工技术相比,具有很多优点。本文简要介绍了磨料水射流技术的加工原理及其设备,利用回归分析方法,建立了厚度与工作压力、进给速度、磨料流量和靶距关系的数学模型,并进行误差分析。
Abstract: Abrasive-water-jet machining technology as a new special technology has many advantages than other machining technology. This paper introduces machining mechanism and equipment about AWJ briefly, and establishes mathematical model based on depth about work pressure、travel speed、 abrasive runoff and distance between target and nozzle byusing regression analysis technology. Finally errors occurred are analyzed.
