摘要
传统的模具产品开发过程采用的是一种串行工作方式,各项工作按顺序一步一步完成,不能及时发现开发过程中的不足,显然已不能适应先进制造技术。在模具产品开发过程中,应当依照并行工程的思想对产品开发过程进行并行管理,尽可能减少修改和反复,使企业赢得时间,赢得市场。
Abstract: The development stage of traditional moulding adopts series working method. The process is completed stepby step. Default can' t be identified in time. Obviousoly it can' t fit advanced manufacturing technology. So in the Process ofthe moulding development, we should apply the management to the product development according to the idea of ConcurrentEngineering. The corrections and repeat should be reduced to the least, to earn the opportunity and the market.
