摘要
XD－610型X射线衍射仪的生产厂商未给用户提供直接读取强度－衍射角原始数据的手段。为此对原数据获取系统作了改进。新系统简单,效率高,能有效地直接获取在线数据,成功地解决了原机存在的问题,并已为改装类似仪器提供了有实用意义的经验。对改进后系统的工作机理、硬件和软件作了介绍。
The manufacturer of XD-610 X-ray diffractometer did not provide users with means to read orginaJ data of intensity and diffractionangle. in order to solve this problem, the data acquisition system was modified. The new system is simple and efficient and can ac-quire data online directly. It provides a practical reference for modification of other similar instruments. The mechanism, hardware andsoftware of the modified system are described .
