摘要
以FANUC系统为例 ,针对编程时工件坐标系和基准点的设定、书写小数点、调整和取消刀具长度偏置、刀具号与刀具补偿号的核对和设定、轮廓铣削时存在的隐患 ,进行了详细的分析 。
Taking Fanuc NC as an example, detail analysis is given in respect to the hidden problems during setting workpiece coordinate system and reference point, writing decimal point, setting and canceling tool_length offset, checking and setting tool no. & tool compensation no. and contour milling, etc., and corresponding preventing measures are put forward.
