Development of New Materials for ChemicalFibers Calls for Greater Attention

介绍了东华大学纤维材料改性国家重点实验室近10年来开发并逐步产业化的部分化学纤维新材料,指出:化纤新材料开发和应用的主要研究方向是已具有一定生产规模的差别化纤维材料、功能纤维材料、高性能纤维及纤维增强复合材料和新型纤维材料及加工技术。探讨了高新技术的产业化问题,指出了6项关键性的制约因素。

The article introduces some new raw materials for makingchemical fibers that have been developed by the State-designatedLaboratory of Fiber Materials Modification in East ChinaUniversity and gradually industrialized over the past decade. Itpoints out that major efforts should be made to the applicationand deve1opment of new chemical fiber raw materials, especiallythose raw materials for differential fibers, functional fibers, highperformance fibers as well as fiber-reinforced compositematerials, innovative fiber materia1s and relevant processingtechnology.It also discusses the industrialization of hi-tech andsums up 6 key factors that restrict the industrialization.
