摘要
结合国内外情况,应对加入WTO和西部开发,本文对粮油、果蔬、肉类(畜禽、水产)、蛋奶、茶叶、棉花等我国主要农产品加工技术现状及其发展趋势作了粗浅的论述,并对我国主要农产品加工发展目标进行了介绍。
Considering with the condition of demestic and overseas, China's joining WTO and western development, we discussed current processing technology condition of the main agricultural production of China and their development trend such as grain and oil, fruit and vegetable, meat, egg, milk, tea and cotton, we also introduced the development goal of them.
