摘要
非重点高校中普遍存在人才流失的现象,如此失控的单向流动,其负面影响不言而喻。就此提出控制一般高校人才流失的措施:开源节流,加大对师资建设经费的投入;鼓励长期从教与引进人才并举;较大幅度地增加津贴投入,改善教师的经济待遇;惜才爱才,不拘一格选用人才;重视师德建设,提高教师自身素质。
Since the talents drain from the ordinary colleges /universities is out of control,and the side-effect is self-evident,the paper tries to give some analysis and suggestions:Broaden the income resource and reduce expenditure to increase the investment on the construction for teachers;encourage to teach for a long term and meanwhile introduce into the new talents;provide more allowance in a large scale to improve the economic treatments;cherish the talent,select and appoint them without limitation;pay attention to the building of teaching morality,and raise the quality for the teachers themselves.
