摘要
本文以案例形式分析了思科公司所走的供应网络化模式的成功道路,举例说明了传统企业也能在后工业化时代抓住机会,建立以互联网为基础的供应商联盟,实现资源要素重组,效益最大化。文章进一步分析了这种成功的背后,是由于企业模式发生了深刻的变革:即从传统的纵向一体化向横向一体化转变。在此基础上,提出了与横向一体化相适应的供应链管理概念,并对其管理模式作了探讨。最后提出为适应网络时代的企业模式及其管理的转变的几点建议。
This paper analyzes the success of Ci sco Company in which the pattern of su pplying network is estab-lished.Examples are given to prove t hat traditional enterprises can tak e hold of the chances left in post -industrial era to establish internet -based suppliers alliances,so as to recombine essential factors of resources and m aximize profits.It further analyzes that Ci sco' s success mainly relies on its profou nd pattern transformation from trad itional vertical integration to horizontal integration.Based on above analyse s,the paper raises a concept of suppl y chain management that fits for horizontal integration and discusses its manag ing pattern.In the end,the author pu ts forward some suggestions on enterpr ise pattern and its management transformation in network epoch.
