我国高科技企业成长资金障碍分析

Analysis of the Financing Obstacles to the Development of Hi-tech Enterprises in China

改革开放以来,我国高科技企业取得了突飞猛进的发展,可是我国高科技企业在发展过程中,存在很大的资金障碍,严重阻碍了高科技企业进一步发展。本文在分析高科技企业发展的基础上,找出阻碍企业发展的主要因素,指出现阶段必须发展创业基金和创立二板市场来促进高科技企业的持续发展。

Since the reform and the opening to the outside world,hi-tech enterprises have grown and developed rapidly.In the course of the development,there are many financing obstacles that hinder the development of hi-tech enterprises.In this paper,on the basis of detailed analysis of the development of hi-tech enterprises,the authors find out the main factors that hinder the development of hi-tech enterprises,and point out the countermeasures such as founding venture fund and establishing the secondary market in order to accelerate the sustainable development of hi-tech enterprises.
