本文从业务外包的概念出发,分析了供应链管理环境下企业业务外包的原因,对业务外包的优势与劣势进行了研究,总结了企业业务外包的主要方式和实施业务外包的具体步骤。

In this paper,starting from the conception of BPO,the author analyses the reasons for BPO in the environment of SCM and its superiority and inferiority.He also sums up the main ways and steps of BPO.
