摘要
知识管理是知识经济背景下的现代管理。本文认为 ,高校竞争力的根本来源在于与高等教育和科学研究相应的专业知识和技能 ,而提升我国高校竞争力的根本出路在于有效的知识管理。在此 ,对知识管理在我国高校实施的障碍及相应的解决方案作了探讨 ,提出应在知识获取、知识共享、知识创新和知识应用的每个环节中 ,全面深入地推进知识管理 。
Knowledge management is modern management in the background of knowledge economy. It describes that the radical source of competitiveness of high institutions comes from the professional knowledge and skills related with high education and scientific research,and the essential outlet for raising the competitiveness of China's high institutions is to have effective knowledge management. It probes into the obstacles and their solution for implementing knowledge management in high institutions,and puts forward the strategic objective for the developing high institutions in the links of knowledge acquirement,knowledge share,knowledge innovation and knowledge application.
