越来越多的西方国家把文献计量指标作为一种科学政策分析的辅助工具。本文在分析文献计量指标的属性及其在应用中的方法论原理的基础上 ,着重阐述了文献计量指标在科学政策分析中的应用范畴和方法 ,即 :科学产出量及其质量的分析 ;流向分析 ;
The computation index of literature has been increasingly used as a secondary tool for analyzing science policy in western countries. Based on analyzing the attribute of computation index of literature and the method of its application,it describes the applicable category and method of the computation index of literature used in analyzing science policy,namely,analysis on science output and its quality,on transfer orientation,and on science architecture.
