摘要
研究了低合金结构钢 35 Cr Mo同种材质和 2 0 Cr Mo+35 Cr Mo,37Mn5 +35 Cr Mo异种材质摩擦焊接头的焊缝韧性 ,通过扫描电子显微镜和金相的方法深入研究了异种材质摩擦焊焊缝韧性低的原因。指出在合理的工艺规范下35 Cr Mo同种材质的接头可获得结合良好、细小的等轴晶粒 。
The toughness of friction welded joints of similar material 35CrMo and dissimilar material 20CrMo to 35CrMo, 37Mn5 to 35CrMo has been studied The reason for lower toughness of dissimilar materials welds has been analysed by mean of SEM and metallography It is shown that welding joints of similar material 35CrMo in rational specification can obtain binding well and finer grain which leads to a weld of higher toughness
