Briefly oulines the design of the thermostatic and humidistatic air-conditioning,ventilation,exhaust and automation control system in the Head Gimbals Assembly cleanroom.Presents the design parameters and particularly describes the air conditioning system.The run result satisifes with the design target based for inspection of clean degree in cleanroom.
