包装工程技术和包装工程教育的形成与发展

本文论述了原始包装、传统包装向现代包装工程发展的历程。深入分析了推动包装工业向前发展的包装技术系统化过程,及包装技术体系在现代经济活动中所起作用和地位。进而论证了现代包装科学技术体系的具体内容,以及在包装工业与科学发展中形成的独特的学术理论、设计方法与专门技术等。文章还对国外国内包装工程教育的形成、发展与现状作了简要的综述,就提高中国包装工程教育水平提出有益的见解。

The paper states logical process of developing from primitive packaging，traditi onal packaging to modern package engineering. The forming course of package tech nology system which moved packaging industry forward，and the functions and posi tions of package technology system in modern economic activities are analyzed in the paper. The involving contents of modern package science system , and unique academic theories, design methods, special techniques that have been constitute d in packaging industry and science developing are discussed. Author introduces in brief development and situations of package engineering education in the wor ld and China, also presents helpful ideas on promotion of package engineering ed ucation in China.
