摘要
客户关系管理CRM (CustomerRelationManagement)和ERP企业资源计划ERP (EnterpriseResourcePlanning)从不同角度推动企业信息化 ,提高企业效率、管理水平和竞争力。本文论述了CRM的特征 ,以及与ERP的关系 ,提出通过组织管理和技术途径 ,将CRM与ERP集成为扩展的ERP。
CRM (Customer Relation Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) contribute to the enterprise's computerization from two points of view, and they help the enterprise increase the management level and competitive ability. The paper analyzes the features of CRM and the relation with ERP. It presents the integration method of CRM and ERP through organization management and technology skills, then the extended ERP will be built on the basis of their integration.
