The technique of laser light scattering and the study on properties of flocculants

本文提出一种将激光散射技术应用于对絮凝剂性能研究的方法。综述了利用该技术可实现对絮凝剂胶体分子粒径、形态结构、粒径分布和重均分子量的精确测量 。

The technique of laser light scattering is introduced to study the properties of flocculants. The weight average molecular weight, the diffusion coefficient, both the hydrodynamic and gyration radii, and the shape of the flocculation particles can be determined by laser light scattering. Accordingly, laser light scattering technique is believed to be a suitable method for evaluating the property of flocculants.
