摘要
循环冷却水系统换热面上的沉积物 ,是系统存在结垢、腐蚀及微生物滋长的必然结果 ,对沉淀物的分析及水质诊断 ,可以及时了解系统运行时存在的各种水质异常的情况。通过对沉积物的模糊聚类分析 ,探讨了沉积物的存在模式及其形成机理。在此基础上 ,建立了循环冷却水系统的水质诊断模式。
The deposit on the surface of heat exchange of circulating cooling water system results from the scale, corrosion, reproduction of the microbe, etc ,which contains plentiful long standing information of water quality abnormity in system. Through fuzzy cluster analysis of the deposit, different types and their forming mechanism are delved. On this base, the water quality diagnosis pattern of the circulating cooling water system is set up.
