摘要 采用络合解离 -中和共沉淀法对高浓度络合态铜离子废水进行了处理。通过电化学氧化还原反应、置换还原反应、物理吸附以及絮凝共沉淀等诸多因素的协同作用 ,将络合态铜离子解离去除 ,铜总去除率可达99.6 %。铁粉粒度、铁粉投加量、反应停留时间以及中和 Wastewater with highly concentrated copper in complex state has been treated by dissociating the complex structure-neutralization and flocculation method. The dissociation and removal of complex copper ion could be a cooperation of various factors,including electrochemical oxidation and reduction,displacement reaction,physical adsorption and flocculation, etc . The total removal rate could reach 99.6%. The main influential factors of this pretreatment are the granularity and quantity of iron powder,retention period of the reaction and the pH value of neutralization.
