摘要
从化工厂污泥中分离筛选出 10个对蒽醌染料中间体溴氨酸有显著降解脱色作用的菌株。对脱色效果最好的N1菌株进行了特性研究。试验结果表明 ,N1菌株能以溴氨酸为唯一碳源生长 ,以溴氨酸为唯一氮源时生长及脱色速度大大下降。其脱色效果受温度、pH条件影响较大。最佳生长条件是 30℃ ,pH 7.
Ten strains,which can evidently degrade and decolorize bromamine acid,an intermediate of anthraquinone dye,have been isolated from sludge of chemical plant. Investigation of the characteristic of strain N1 has been made. Experimental results show that bromamine acid can be the only carbon source of strain N1. But the velocity of decolorizing becomes much slower when it is used as the only nitrogen source of the same strain. Decolorizing of bromamine acid is considerably affected by temperature and pH. The best growth condition for the strain is 30 ℃,pH 7.2.
