万家寨引黄工程引水中化学毒物安全性评价 被引量:4

SAFETY ASSESSMENT TO THE CHEMICAL POISONOUS IN TRANSFERRED WATER OF THE WANJIAZHAI YELLOW RIVER WATER TRANSFER PROJECT

摘要 采用多介质环境目标值和中国地表水环境质量标准 ,就万家寨引黄工程水源地水中检出的和终端水预测的主要有机污染物及重金属对健康的潜在危害进行了定量评价 .结果表明 ,在不考虑引水工程输水模式对水质影响的情况下 ,有机污染物和重金属对人体的健康影响度 (TAS)均大于 1 ,同时 ,有机污染物中的苯 ,特别是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的浓度明显超过国家标准 .在考虑输水模式对水质影响的情况下 ,引水中有机污染物的TAS低于 1 ,但邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的浓度仍然超过国家标准 .在考虑输水模式的情况下 ,引水终端水中重金属的含量可达《地表水环境质量标准》(GHZB1 1 999)中Ⅲ类水标准 . Based on the terminal water quality predicition results,the potential hazard of main organic contaminants and heavy metals to human healthy in the water had been quantitative assessment by using the values of multimedia environmental goals which was developed by the EPA and the natio-nal surface water quality standard.The result showed that the total ambient severit(TAS)of organic pollutants in terminal water to human healthy is greater than 1 in not considering the model of water transferring.Benzenne and dibutyl phthalate are intolerable contamination to the standard.In this condition some potential hazard can be happened to human healthy,and among the hazard organic compounds,o-phtyhalic acids are main matters.But in the condition of considering model of water transfer,the TAS of the transferred water quality is lower than 1,showing the terminal water is safe to human drinking.But the concentation of dibutyl phthalate are still intolerable contamination to the national standard.In the condition of considering model of transfer water,the concentration of heavy metals in terminal water can attain the quality of the national surface water quality standard.
