把天然气发动机分为均质混合气预混合燃烧型和非均质扩散燃烧型 ,详细分析了前者的燃烧特点与排放性能 ,指出了采用天然气高压缸内直喷技术的必要性。高压缸内直喷天然气发动机的燃烧过程以非均质扩散燃烧为主 ,因而热效率高 ,最大平均有效压力达到甚至超过同型柴油机 ,NOx
According to the characteristics of the mixture formation and combustion in the natural gas engine, the author classified the natural gas engine to two types, that is, homogeneous mixture premixed combustion engine and heterogeneous mixture diffusive combustion engine. Then the author analyzed the combustion characteristics and the exhaust emission performance of the former in detail, and pointed out that it is necessary for improving the performance of natural gas engine by adapting the technology of high pressure direct injection of natural gas(HPDING). The combustion is the type of the heterogeneous diffusive in the HPDING engine, which is similar to the diesel engine. Consequently, the HPDING engine has higher thermal efficiency, NO x emission and higher BMEP than the conventional engine without eyeable particulate matter emission.
