木质素磺酸钙作磁铁矿浆助滤剂的初步试验

Primary tests on using lignin calcium sulfonate as filter aid of magnetite slurry

针对尖山矿磁铁矿粉滤饼水分偏高的情况 ,以木质素磺酸钙为助滤剂进行了初步试验。试验结果表明 ,在加入量为 30g/t时 ,木质素磺酸钙因絮凝作用和表面活性而使过滤速度增加 ,滤饼水分可以降低 0 .33%。

Taking account of the situation that moisture content of magnetite filter cake was on the low side, primary tests were carried out by using lignin calcium sulfonate as filter aid. The results showed that filtering speed increased when addition quantity of filter aid was 30g/t. The moisture content of filter cake could decrease 0.33%.
