摘要
莫来石陶瓷是一种具有优良特性的陶瓷 ,在结构、电子、光学领域具有广泛的应用前景。利用 TEOS的水解在亚微米级氧化铝颗粒表面涂上无定型 Si O2 ,制得莫来石前驱体——复合涂层粉料。并对制备莫来石瓷的成型工艺及制备参数进行了研究。采用 90 0 MPa干压成型 ,1 60 0℃保温 2 h常压烧结制备出直径 1 3mm烧成体 ,相对密度为 99.2 4 % ,几乎完全致密 ;根据 XRD衍射图谱 ,烧成体试样由纯莫来石相组成 ;根据 SEM分析 ,试样显微结构致密。
Mullite is going to be extensively applied in structure, electronics, optical material area for its excellent properties. In this article TEOS is hydrolyzed on Al 2O 3(<1 μm) to prepare mullite starting material composite coating particles. The forming processes and preparing parameters of mullite ceramics are studied. Samples ofΦ13 mm relative density 99.24% are formed by dry pressing with the pressure of 900 MPa, sintered at 1 600 ℃ for 2 h. The sintered sample consists of pure mullite in XRD pattern and has dense and uniform microstructure.
