摘要
通过对 LY1 2 cz铝合金棒料在三种应变率下 ( 0 .0 0 1 s-1,60 0 s-1,1 2 0 0 s-1)拉伸力学性能的测试 ,得到各个应变率下完整的应力应变曲线。试验结果表明 ,L Y1 2 cz铝合金板料和棒料的拉伸性能有着很大的区别。棒料和板料相比 ,其屈服应力σs基本不变 ;棒料的强度极限σb比板料的强度极有较大的提高 ;棒料的失稳应变 δb 随着应变率的增加而增大 ;棒料的强性模量较低 ,且棒料的拉伸性能对应变率不敏感 。
Tensile experiments of aluminium Ly12cz cylinder under different strain rates (0.001 s -1 600 s -1 and 1 600 s -1 )) were carried out and the complete stress strain curves were obtained. The results show that the yielding strength are almost the same, the ultimate strength and the failure strain increase slightly with the strain rate and the modulus E is insensitive to strain rate. So aluminium Ly12cz cylinder can be considered as one insensitive to strain rate.
